Reductions Specialist
Job Summary
Negotiating medical bills and provider balances, the full-time Reductions Specialist will work remotely to support the resolution of personal injury cases by communicating with clients and medical entities while maintaining accurate documentation in Litify.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters
- Prepare closing statements and related case documentation
Required qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience
- Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities
- Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred
