Reengagement Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reengagement Services Associate responsible for providing timely and accurate information to prospective and enrolled students while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students, providing information on educational programs and determining enrollment appropriateness
• Manage workflows for outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through to matriculation
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each student contact and collaborate with the Student Finance team to guide students through the enrollment process

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience
• Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
