Job Summary

To ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely and accurate information, the full-time remote Reengagement Services Associate will conduct interviews, manage student outreach, and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students while providing detailed program information and determining enrollment appropriateness
  • Manage workflows for regular outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students, ensuring compliance with recruitment regulations
  • Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each student interaction and collaborate with the Student Finance team to facilitate informed enrollment decisions
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience
  • Prior experience in Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
