Reference Architecture Specialist

Job Summary

To support the internal security team, the remote, four-month Reference Architecture & Content Specialist will manage reference architecture documentation, conduct OOTB baseline analysis, and produce customer-facing content for the ServiceNow on ServiceNow program.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and maintain product connection diagrams and reference architecture artifacts
• Catalog and analyze current SSO customizations against the OOTB baseline to identify configuration drift
• Create and adapt narratives and one-pagers for various audiences, ensuring alignment with architectural frameworks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise security platforms in an architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting role
• Proficiency with diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io
• Working knowledge of SIR, VR, and/or IRM modules
• Strong ability to translate architectural concepts into clear, publishable diagrams and content
• Comfort operating with directional input and producing clean drafts based on initial guidance
