Reference Data Management Lead

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and governance of enterprise reference data initiatives, the full-time Reference Data Management Lead will manage end-to-end delivery of projects, define data standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the integrity and usability of reference data across systems in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of reference data management projects, including planning, design, implementation, and post-launch support
• Define and maintain reference data standards, policies, and governance frameworks while overseeing data modeling and integration efforts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify reference data requirements and drive adoption of reference data tools and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or reference/master data projects
• Knowledge of healthcare data concepts and compliance-driven data controls
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on data quality and governance frameworks
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and ETL/integration concepts
