Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Care Coordinator to support injured workers by coordinating specialty network referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications with clients, providers, and injured workers
• Act as a liaison between clients, providers, and injured workers, ensuring timely coordination of care
• Work closely with providers to obtain necessary information related to injured workers' care and manage appointment follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a Medical Office setting is a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office and computer application systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Acute attention to detail
