Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Care Coordinator to support injured workers by coordinating specialty network referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications with clients, providers, and injured workers
• Act as a liaison between clients, providers, and injured workers while managing appointment follow-ups and obtaining medical documentation
• Ensure timely coordination of care and adherence to client service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer application systems
• Strong customer service skills
