Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview patients for medical information necessary for referrals
• Identify potential referral providers based on various criteria
• Schedule appointments and communicate necessary information to patients

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a clinical field preferred
• Experience in medical office or clinical navigator role required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance plans, and referral management
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
• Candidate must have a quiet space for remote work without disruptions
