Key Responsibilities

• Expedite administrative requirements and logistics for patient referrals
• Serve as a resource on referrals and insurance plan guidelines
• Utilize independent decision-making capacities and strong interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience working in a medical setting or insurance company
• Experience in managed care is desired
• Experience with CPT and ICD-9 coding is preferred
