Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator- Respiratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service and follow-up as needed
• Complete insurance verifications and obtain prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines
• Process orders accurately and maintain documentation in patient records while ensuring privacy compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months of inbound customer service experience
• Preferred: Associate's degree, LPN, or Professional Certification in a related field
• Preferred: One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field
