Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator- DME.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service by handling inbound/outbound calls and responding to inquiries
Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and process orders in compliance with policies
Document all activities in patient records while maintaining privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Six months of inbound customer service experience
Associate's degree, LPN, or professional certification in a related field preferred
One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance field preferred
