A company is looking for an Inbound Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, managing the incoming call phone queue
• Handle a high volume of incoming referrals and schedule patient appointments accurately
• Communicate with patients and physicians to address inquiries and collaborate with team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Basic office and customer service skills
• Full-time availability required
• Local to San Antonio, TX, and able to attend 30 days of in-person training
• Previous experience in a similar role required
