Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator to manage and process incoming referrals from external sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming referrals for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with referring practices to obtain necessary information and keep management informed of challenges
• Identify barriers and recommend improvements for referral processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years, or a High School diploma plus 6 years of experience
• Knowledge of multiple ambulatory workflows
