Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming referrals for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with referring practices to obtain necessary information
• Identify barriers and suggest improvements for referral processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, OR
• Associate's degree plus 4 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, OR
• High School diploma plus 6 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic
• Knowledge of multiple ambulatory workflows
