Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referrals Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and referral specialists
• Assist patients in navigating care options, including scheduling appointments and addressing insurance inquiries
• Document patient information and coordinate prior authorization requirements while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in a medical office or clinical navigator role
• Experience with insurance plans and referral management required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedural coding
• Understanding of Privacy Act and HIPAA standards
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
