• Serve as a resource on referrals and insurance plan guidelines
• Utilize independent decision-making and interpersonal skills in daily tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in a medical setting or insurance company
• Experience in managed care desired
• Experience with CPT and ICD coding preferred
