Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator, Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and coordinate timely responses to referral inquiries
• Initiate referral documentation and follow up on interactions with referral sources
• Provide exemplary customer service and communicate effectively regarding referrals

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred
• Knowledge of Home Health and/or Hospice preferred
• Proficiency in typing and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe preferred
• Ability to make independent decisions and learn complex health information
