Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming referrals for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with referring practices to obtain necessary information
• Identify barriers and recommend improvements in the referral process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, or
• Associate's degree with 4 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, or
• High School diploma with 6 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic
• Knowledge of multiple ambulatory workflows
