Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator for the ENT Surgery Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain information flow in the managed care referral process for contracted managed care health plans
• Perform duties consistent with the organization's mission, values, and service standards
• Organize work to achieve clinic goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Experience in a physician's office or medical institution with managed care exposure
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements
• Familiarity with computer systems and applications
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and managed care representatives
