Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Referral Coordinator will manage incoming referral calls, schedule patient appointments, and ensure exceptional customer service while working onsite for training and occasionally as needed in San Antonio, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Operate as the first point of contact, managing a high volume of incoming calls and referrals
• Schedule patient appointments accurately and promptly while performing precise data entry
• Communicate effectively with patients and physicians to address inquiries and needs

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Previous experience in a similar role (Medical front desk or Medical admin) is required
• Full-time availability is required
• Basic office and customer service skills
• Local to San Antonio, TX, and able to attend 30 days of in-person training
