Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator for their Value Based Care - Clinical Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpreting referral and pre-certifications complying with multiple sets of protocols
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all health care services information
• Entering referral and pre-certification calls into software program accurately

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• One year of experience in managed care with referral interpretation
• Knowledge of medical coding, including ICD-10, HCPC's, and CPT codes
• Able to adapt to different situations and multitask
• Ability to work independently, maintain organization, and meet deadlines
