Job Summary
A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator for their Value Based Care - Clinical Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting referral and pre-certifications complying with multiple sets of protocols
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all health care services information
- Entering referral and pre-certification calls into software program accurately
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- One year of experience in managed care with referral interpretation
- Knowledge of medical coding, including ICD-10, HCPC's, and CPT codes
- Able to adapt to different situations and multitask
- Ability to work independently, maintain organization, and meet deadlines
