Job Summary

Supporting multiple primary care practices, the full-time remote Referral Coordinator Floater will manage the timely processing, scheduling, and follow-through of patient referrals while ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining compliance with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes routine, urgent, and STAT referrals, ensuring timely authorization and documentation
• Communicates effectively with patients and clinical staff regarding referral requests and updates
• Maintains patient privacy and adheres to company protocols while supporting the clinical team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 1-3 years of Referral Coordination or related clinical experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
• Knowledge of insurance plans, ICD-10, and CPT codes
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
