Key Responsibilities

• Receive and enter referrals into relevant systems and triage service types
• Contact patients to confirm service interest and insurance, and schedule appointments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field
• Clinical literacy with mental health service types and terminology
• 1+ year experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness
