Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes entry of referrals and authorizations into the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Coordinates follow-up care and ensures financial information and insurance are current
• Communicates with internal and external customers to obtain necessary authorizations for visits or services

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Two years of related work experience preferred
• Experience in processing physician office and/or hospital referrals
• Proficient in computer usage
