Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Referral Management & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and assist with process development
- Manage employee performance and provide feedback while ensuring adequate training
- Run reports, maintain data integrity, and monitor billing procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
- 2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing
- Familiarity with applicable service line programs and high volume call center experience preferred
- Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic and HCA/Parallon IT systems is preferred
