Job Summary

Managing a team within the Referral Management & Analytics Service line, the full-time Supervisor will oversee employee performance, manage workflow, and ensure data integrity while supporting client hospitals and patients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and orient employees, assigning work and developing schedules while ensuring adherence to company standards
  • Manage employee performance through feedback, training opportunities, and maintaining documentation
  • Run reports, monitor billing procedures, and conduct audits to ensure compliance and data integrity
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
  • 2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing
  • Familiarity with applicable service line programs and high-volume call center experience preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic and HCA/Parallon IT systems is preferred
