Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Navigator to assist patients in navigating the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with specialists and handle inbound calls for the Provider Finder Line program
• Maintain relationships with Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Centers to facilitate patient care
• Process insurance referrals and ensure compliance with referral guidelines while coordinating care with Primary Care Providers

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• One (1) year of healthcare experience in patient registration or physician office
• Preferred: Three (3) years of healthcare experience in patient registration or physician office
