Key Responsibilities

• Manage EMR/Referral portals and respond promptly to referral requests
• Communicate professionally with referral sources and conduct insurance pre-checks
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in home health and customer service
• Proficiency in managing EMR portals and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
