Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Navigator I - Remote/Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate patients through the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and processing insurance referrals
• Maintain relationships with Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Centers to ensure appropriate patient care
• Support Primary Care Providers by making outreach calls to improve patient care quality measures

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• One (1) year of healthcare experience in patient registration or physician office
• Preferred: Three (3) years of healthcare experience in patient registration or physician office
