Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Navigator I, responsible for facilitating patient access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with specialists and handle inbound calls and requests for the Provider Finder Line program
• Maintain relationships with Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Centers to ensure appropriate patient care
• Follow referral guidelines to direct care to specialists within the healthcare network

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• One (1) year of healthcare experience in patient registration or physician office
• Basic knowledge of insurance referrals and eligibility
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (Epic) is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
