Job Summary

Working remotely within a flexible schedule, the Referral Navigator Representative will manage fax coordination for the Authorization Navigator Position, ensuring efficient processing of referrals and authorizations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fax communications for authorization requests
• Process referrals and authorizations in accordance with payer guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with providers and internal teams

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in prior authorization processing or healthcare operations
• Understanding of payer guidelines and authorization requirements
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
• Experience with EMR systems and authorization platforms
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet turnaround time requirements
