Job Summary

To ensure patients are scheduled for appropriate follow-up care, the full-time salaried Referral Operations Manager will lead a team within the Access Center, optimizing workflows, managing performance metrics, and addressing escalated concerns in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing oversight, coaching, and evaluation of Supervisors to meet performance standards
  • Drive care continuity by ensuring timely scheduling of follow-up care for patients
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement action plans to address performance trends and improve efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an Access/Call Center management role or comparable management experience
  • Experience in a healthcare environment with call center, referral, and appointment scheduling responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data, review trends, and create effective action plans
