Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Referral/Prior Authorization Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain benefits on scheduled patient accounts
• Secure or verify authorization and pre-certification
• Complete medical necessity checks and calculate patient's financial responsibility

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Referral/Prior Authorization experience
• Medical billing and office experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
