Key Responsibilities
- Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for Ambulatory services, procedures, and medications
- Obtain prior authorizations, schedule patients, and manage inbound and outbound phone calls
- Communicate with patients via online chat
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
