A company is looking for a Referral Program Coordinator responsible for managing patient referrals and scheduling in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications
• Obtain prior authorizations and schedule patients
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and communicate with patients via online chat

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
