Job Summary

Referral Program Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for processing referrals, obtaining prior authorizations, and scheduling patients in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for Ambulatory services, procedures, and medications
• Obtain prior authorizations and schedule patients while managing inbound and outbound communications
• Engage with patients through online chat and support hybrid or remote work options for qualified applicants

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred
