Job Summary

Joining a supportive team environment, the full-time Referral Program Coordinator will process referrals for ambulatory services, obtain prior authorizations, and schedule patients while working Monday through Friday in Tulsa, OK.

Key responsibilities

• Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications
• Obtain prior authorizations and schedule patient appointments
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and communicate with patients via online chat

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Strong understanding of referral processes in healthcare
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to consider hybrid or remote work options for highly qualified applicants
