Referral Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Processing referrals and scheduling patients, the full-time Referral Program Coordinator will manage internal and external referrals for ambulatory services while working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Tulsa, OK.

Key responsibilities

• Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications
• Obtain prior authorizations and schedule patients while handling inbound and outbound phone calls
• Communicate with patients via online chat to provide support and information

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to consider hybrid or remote work options for highly qualified candidates
