- Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications
- Obtain prior authorizations and schedule patients while managing inbound and outbound phone calls

Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
