Referral Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral & Ambassador Manager to grow its referral ecosystem through various community channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to join the referral program
• Communicate directly with partners to onboard them and explain product value and referral mechanics
• Test and validate hypotheses related to partner types, formats, geographies, and acquisition channels

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in referral programs, ambassador programs, partnerships, community management, or sales
• Hands-on experience working with bloggers, influencers, or online communities
• Experience working with CRM systems (Monday CRM is a plus)
• Good understanding of social platforms, creator economy, and digital communication tools
• Interest in crypto/web3 and willingness to learn the product
