Referral Program Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the referral department's daily operations, the full-time Referral Program Supervisor will coordinate and direct staff activities to ensure timely processing of referrals while working on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the operations of the referral department in coordination with the Referral Manager
• Oversee daily activities of referral coordination staff to meet departmental goals and objectives
• Consider highly qualified applicants for hybrid or remote work arrangements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Two years of experience in medical referrals or related patient support functions in an ambulatory care setting
• Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
