Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Referral Relations Director.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Referral Relations Managers and Coordinators responsible for providing treatment updates and making outbound referrals to other providers
Develop and operationalize new strategies to engage and foster relationships with referral partners
Ensure the provision of comprehensive discharge plans and successful patient placement post-discharge

Required Qualifications:

6-8+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare operations or client services
Experience managing and motivating high-performing teams
Ability to interpret and utilize data to manage team performance
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and online conferencing tools
Passion for mental health
