Referral Relations Director

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Referral Relations Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Referral Relations Managers and Coordinators responsible for providing treatment updates and making outbound referrals to other providers
• Develop and operationalize new strategies to engage and foster relationships with referral partners
• Ensure the provision of comprehensive discharge plans and successful patient placement post-discharge

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare operations or client services
• Experience managing and motivating high-performing teams
• Ability to interpret and utilize data to manage team performance
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and online conferencing tools
• Passion for mental health
