Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications with providers and injured workers
• Schedule appointments for injured workers within targeted timeframes
• Provide timely scheduling updates to clients and manage referrals effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a physician office, healthcare environment, or call center is preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer application systems
• Ability to multi-task and work in multiple systems for scheduling
