Referral Specialist (French Speaking)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Specialist (French Speaking) to assist in identifying mental health professionals for clients in need of counseling assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical intakes and match clients' needs with appropriate providers
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and communicate provider details
• Proactively manage caseload and perform any other assigned duties as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Fluency in both written and spoken French and English
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or credentialing preferred
• Proficiency with various software applications, including Excel and Word
