Required Qualifications
  • Experience in creating and modifying processes to meet business needs
  • Proven track record of driving measurable efficiency results
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Ability to forge relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • 3+ years in healthcare, customer service, and/or advocacy with supervisory experience preferred
