Job Summary

- Oversee team performance, manage workflows, and troubleshoot roadblocks in member requests
- Collaborate with other teams and promote continuous improvement in processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- Experience in creating and modifying processes to meet business needs
- Proven track record of driving measurable efficiency results
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Ability to forge relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- 3+ years in healthcare, customer service, and/or advocacy with supervisory experience preferred
