Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Concierge Referrals by understanding members' preferences and presenting suitable providers
• Schedule appointments for members and support them throughout their healthcare journey
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance the member experience and ensure adherence to service level agreements

• Experience with data collection and entry
• Ability to adapt to process changes in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in common office software, such as Google Apps and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills
