Job Summary
Working remotely as a contract Referral Support Advocate, the individual will manage Concierge Referrals to connect members with high-quality healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless healthcare journey while balancing performance targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Understanding and completing tasks related to Concierge Referrals, including presenting high-quality providers based on member preferences
- Collaborating with a scheduling team to arrange appointments and support members throughout their healthcare experience
- Maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency while gathering accurate data from provider offices and continuously improving processes
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in common office software, including Google Apps and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection and entry
- Ability to adapt to process changes in fast-paced environments
- Experience in effective verbal and written communication to interact with provider offices and team members
- Confidence in asking questions and seeking assistance when needed
