Referrals Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referrals Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recognize sensitive diagnoses and referrals requiring Case Management
• Understand TRICARE benefits/limitations and referral processes
• Assign appropriate ICD10 and CPT codes to referrals

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship due to Department of Defense contract
• 2+ years of customer service or administrative/data entry experience
• 2+ years of healthcare experience with knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD codes
• Expertise with MS Office products and ability to navigate multiple computer applications
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift within specified time zones
