Key Responsibilities

• Document patient demographic and health information accurately in the electronic health record system
• Schedule appointments based on intake assessments and engage in outreach activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in Health Administration or related field preferred
• One year of customer service or call center experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
