Key Responsibilities

• Manage the registration and screening process for patients seeking various therapies
• Document patient demographic and health information accurately in the electronic health record system
• Verify patient eligibility, insurance benefits, and schedule appointments based on assessments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree in Health Administration or related field preferred
• One year of customer service or call center experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
